THE LATEST GENERATION.
UNRIVALED EFFICIENCY.
USER-FRIENDLY
With selective operator blocks dedicated to each zone, the system is extremely user-friendly.
COSTS REDUCED BY 50%
The solutions implemented in the system reduce the cost of installation work by up to 50%.
LOW WATER CONSUMPTION
Innovative nozzle allows for a significant reduction in water consumption while maintaining full efficiency.
FULL AUTOMATIC CONTROL
Self-testing device, anticipates failures of all important detection and extinguishing functions.
The distance of the spark detector to the external device:
“reaction time” x “air speed”
Example: 0.3s x 25m/s = 7.5m
solutions for industries
food industry
chemical industry
metallurgical industry
wood industry
Operation of the system is extremely user-friendly and simple. This benefit translates into reduced costs and instruction time. The use of selective operator blocks makes operation intuitive and does not require hours of training.
The spark extinguishing system detects burning particles inside pneumatic conveying systems, blowpipes and chutes before they reach flammable areas such as dust filters, silos or containers.
Sparks are detected by ultra-sensitive infrared spark detectors. Extinguishing is done by an extinguishing device that creates a dense curtain of water in a fraction of a second.
The self-testing system used in the device ensures full self-monitoring and high reliability of the system.
